Join us for the BEST week of summer at Oaks Kids Summer Bash! This year, we've extended our time together to FOUR full days with lunch, high-energy games, dynamic services, and team competitions. Your kids will have a BLAST while hanging out with their friends and learning more about God's Word!

- 02We will gladly offer same-day registration if space is still available. We encourage you to sign up as soon as possible since registration is limited.
- 03Volunteers 7th grade or older are welcome to be a part of Summer Bash, and you can sign up by filling out our registration form! Summer Bash is an exciting Dream Team opportunity. Click here to register now.
- 04It’s our desire for every child who wants to come to Summer Bash to be able to attend! For this reason, we have made registration as cost effective as possible. However, if you are experiencing financial difficulty please email kids@oaks.church.
- 05Summer Bash content and activities are specifically designed for children who have completed K-5th grade. We are unable to serve kids who have not yet attended kindergarten. Thank you for understanding.
- 06Prior to Summer Bash or at check-in on the first day, your child will receive a Summer Bash team T-shirt. This shirt must be worn each day of Summer Bash, and additional t-shirts can be ordered at registration if desired. We ask children to wear comfortable clothing for indoor & outdoor activities. We also require closed-toe shoes.
- 07If your child has an EpiPen or inhaler, please bring it with you to check in and complete a medical waiver on-site. Scheduled medication can also be dropped off with a completed medical waiver. If you have further questions, please contact us at kids@oaks.church.
- 08Yes, lunch is provided each day for Summer Bash. The cost is included in the registration fee. If your child has allergies, please contact jose.rodriguez@oaks.church to coordinate an alternate lunch plan.
- 09At registration please note one or two friends your child would like to be with. We will do our best to accommodate this, but it is not guaranteed.
- 10Doors open for check-in at 8:30 am each day.
- 11Because of our planned activities, we ask that your child stay through the duration of the event and not leave early. Pickup will begin promptly at 3:00 pm. Late pick-ups will not be permitted.
- 12For the safety of everyone attending, we do not allow anyone into the building that is not a registered Summer Bash volunteer. We require every adult working the event to have a background check and attend training. This is the best way for us to ensure your child is safe. Thank you for understanding.
- 13We know plans change! We can issue a refund for your child’s registration up to two weeks before the event.
