Our Parent Portal payment feature is the easiest and most convenient way to make a Powerhouse payment towards your account. Here are some simple steps to launch your parent portal and make payments.
- Go to myprocare.com.
- Sign in with the email on file with your Powerhouse campus.
- Receive a confirmation code to that email and choose a password.
- Save information to your browser for easy access and view your parent portal dashboard.
- Use the green PAY button to make a one-time payment towards your child’s account. This is automatically posted to your ledger. You can request a receipt from your front desk receptionist.
Use this feature at any time to view your child’s information, update your contact information, and make payments 24/7. Please email email@example.com if you encounter any errors or have questions regarding the Parent Portal and our payment system.

Pay with any debit, credit, or prepaid card at the pick up/drop off area. Payments made in person are automatically applied to your account and will be reflected in your parent portal within minutes!
Update My Information
You can access your Parent Portal here to update your information and see the current balance on your account. You must use the email on file in your ProCare account when setting up your portal. If you need further instructions on setting up your Parent Portal, or need assistance on another matter please contact your Campus Pastor.
