What are your hours of operation?
We open at 6:00 AM and close at 6:00 PM.

*Extended Care lasts until 6:30 PM for an additional fee.

When is tuition due?
Friday before services are rendered. If you would like to pay for tuition, you can click here.
How do I find out my balance?

You can login into your Parent Portal to discover your current balance or inquire with our front desk receptionist during drop off or pick up.

What are your prices?
$50 enrollment fee per family (annual)
$25 child supply fee per child (annual)
AM flat rate – $30 per child per week (1-5 days)
PM Full Time – $55 per child per week (3-5 days)
PM Part Time – $35 per child per week (1-2 days)
Extended Care – $20 per child per week (1-5 days)
Sibling Discount – $5 off tuition per sibling living in the same household
Do I have to pay for Thanksgiving, Christmas, or Spring Breaks?
No, we do not charge during these scheduled breaks.
Are you open on Early Release Days?

Yes, we are open on all Early Release Days for no additonal fee if you are currently enrolled in one of our programs. Please see your Campus Pastor regarding the sign up process.

Do you offer a Summer Program?
At this current time, we do not offer a summer program.
Does your staff provide tutoring?
We do not provide professional tutoring at this time. However, we provide a quiet place for your student to work on their homework independently.
What forms of payment do you accept?

All major debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) or qualified prepaid cards are accepted and can be swiped at the Powerhouse Front Desk at any of our campuses or by using your Parent Portal.

Child Care Assistance is also accepted at all Powerhouse locations. You can reach out to your county agency to see if you qualify for government assistance for your child’s care.
