What is OSL?
The Oaks School of Leadership (OSL) exists to position students for effective leadership in a variety of capacities, including ministry, non-profit and business leadership, by providing students with hands-on leadership training combined with a degree from an accredited university. What is the cost in attending?
Per Semester
SAGU Tuition (15 hours) $9,996
SAGU General Fee $480
OSL Site Fee $250
Subtotal (not including aid) $10,726**
SAGU Housing (estimate) $3,100
Total (including housing) $13,826
**This does not include the awarding of scholarships, grants, or any other form of federal and state financial aid that the student may receive. The average award amount for OSL students is approximately $6,000 per year.

    • The Oaks School of Leadership partners with Southwestern Assemblies of God University (SAGU).
    • SAGU is a private, non-profit university accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges to award associates, baccalaureate, masters and doctoral degrees.

Financial Aid and Scholarship Information

    • Access to both SAGU and OSL financial aid.
    • Over the last 5 years, Oaks Church has invested more than $750,000 in scholarship assistance for SAGU-OSL students.
    • Average SAGU-OSL student receives +$6,000 more in aid compared to traditional students.
OSL Scholarships
OSL Leadership Scholarship ($1,000 – $3,000 per year)
OSL Academic Scholarship ($1,500 – $4,500 per year)
OSL Young Entrepreneur Award ($1,500 – $3,000 per year)
OSL Ministry Associate Scholarship ($3,000 – $6,000 per year)
*OSL Scholarships are disbursed in ADDITION to SAGU financial aid.
Where would I live?
Is there transportation for me to get to the church and back, if I do not have a vehicle?
Since OSL students have a similar schedule across the different internships you can find a ride with another OSL student. We have many students who do not own a car and travel with other students to the church and back to campus.

Will I have time to get a job, as well as go to school and internship?
    • 60% of OSL students do work part-time in addition to their leadership experience.
    • Some students, who have demonstrated excellence, have been hired for both part-time or full-time positions at Oaks Church.
