How Do I Get Help?

Everyone needs a little help at times.

We realize the difficulty of this season and the impact it’s having on you and many people you know and love. Oaks Church is doing everything we can to meet the physical and spiritual needs of those in our church and community. If you are in need, we want to help. Here are a few opportunities that can help you and your loved ones.

Fresh Hope Kits

We are excited to announce that Oaks Church will be distributing boxes of fresh produce at no cost to our community. If you, or someone you know could benefit from this opportunity, we would love to have you participate!  Boxes will be available for pickup on our campus Wednesday, May 27 from 11am to 6pm or while supplies last. We are located
at 777 S I-35E (Exit 408), in Red Oak, TX.  All boxes are on a first come, first served basis.

We anticipate this program will operate thru June 10, 2020 based on availability. Please check back for updates.

Kids Breakfast & Lunch Program

Thanks to our partnership with local agencies, we are able to provide 5 breakfasts and 5 lunches per child, per week (to be picked up once per week) through June 17th. This is for the parents/guardians of any young person ages 1-18 in our community. Distribution will take place both in Red Oak and in Cedar Hill. To register your children, please click the corresponding buttons below.

Life comes with unexpected moments and we would like to be with you during those times. Below are a list of moments we would be honored to navigate with you.

Request a Hospital Visit
Care Partners are available to visit those who are hospitalized or who are at extended care and rehabilitation facilities. Our goal is to share words of encouragement, offer prayers of faith, and extend God’s love to every patient and family. Please call the church office at 214-376-8208.
Weddings
If you are engaged and interested in having your wedding at Oaks Church, or if you desire one of our pastors to officiate your wedding, please contact our office by clicking here. Not only do we want to help you plan your wedding, but we also want to help you prepare for marriage. We encourage every couple to seek Premarital Counseling.
Funerals & Memorials
The death of someone you love can be a very emotional and overwhelming time. Our desire is that no one would have to walk this road alone. Our Pastors and staff are available to help you plan a meaningful celebration of life service and stand by you during this difficult time. To begin making arrangements for the funeral of a loved one, please call the Care Ministry office at 214-376-8208.
Freedom Resources
Live in the freedom available to you through Jesus Christ! Be free from shame, fear, guilt, regret, addiction, and the lies Satan has convinced you to believe. Click Here to learn more about walking in freedom.
Pastoral Counseling
Oaks Church Care Ministry Team consists of experienced, mature Pastors. We are not licensed professional counselors, financial planners, or attorneys, and we do not provide psychiatric, medical or mental health treatment.

We will meet with you about your situation and ask questions to fully understand what is going on in your life during this season. Together, with faith, prayer, and wisdom from God’s Word, we will help you identify potential solutions and practical resources that empower you to take the next appropriate steps to move forward.
