Before and After School Teacher
Graphic Designer
The Graphic Designer will work with the Associate Creative Arts Pastor and departmental staff as point person for the implementation of the graphic design needs of The Oaks and its ministries.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Work in concert with Associate Creative Arts Pastor to develop and implement a graphic design strategy that supports the brand experience of the Oaks
- Work with Project Manager on the system for receiving, processing and managing graphic design requests for the various communication channels and collateral support of the Oaks like logos, brochures, manuals, emails, program/bulletin, video announcements, website, social media, announcement slides, shirts, swag, etc.
- Work in concert with photography team, video team and motion graphic artist for graphic design needs.
- Provide oversight and training support to Creative Arts interns
Experience in communication field like PR, marketing, graphic design, web development, social media, broadcasting or journalism is required.
Proficiency in:
- Various operating systems such as Mac and PC is required
- Writing (spelling and grammar) is required
- Graphic design and graphic design software is required
- Print project management is required
- Photography is preferred

Parent's Day Out Teacher
Video Producer
Responsibilities include:
- Assume, manage and complete various components of video production projects including idea and concept generation, script development, cinematography, production design, editing, etc.
- Work in concert with Production Manager about maintaining and development of the media production infrastructure.
- Provide support for assigned services or live events.
- Provide leadership, development and management for volunteer teams in media and fine arts.
- Provide project oversight and training support to media interns.
