Q. What is online giving?

Online giving is the ability to give a donation or schedule automatic monthly recurring donations using your debit or credit card.

Q. What is “Scheduled Giving”?

You can choose the frequency and amount for your automatic scheduled/recurring donation to be made through your debit or credit card.

Q. Why should I set up an account and password?

Setting up an account and password allows you to enter a secure online environment for your transaction. Once your account and password are established, all of your giving will be available for you to view including the ability to download a giving statement.

Q. Can I give without an account?

Yes, you can give online without logging in with an account and password.

Q. Is it secure?

All debit or credit card information you enter and store for online giving is secured. No one has access to your data unless authorized by you.

Q. Are there any hidden charges or fees to give online?

No. You select the dollar amount for your gift. That is the dollar amount that will be recognized as your donation. No costs or fees.

Q. Can I use my debit card or credit card?

As long as it’s a MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Discover.

Q. Can I use an electronic check?

No, but using your debit card accomplishes the same goal.

Q. What is your refund/return policy?

While it is not the practice of non-profit organizations to return gifts once they are made, we do acknowledge instances in which a gift is made in error. Common examples include: making duplicate gifts within a short time period, and entering the wrong amount. For more information or to inquire about a refund, please contact us at give@oaks.church.
